Decent. I don't have a significant opinion on it.

Maybe it’s just me and my complete lack of an understanding of their language and culture, but from what I’ve heard of it the Japanese VA is nowhere near as good at conveying tone and emotion.

But yeah

I believe that KH2 led to Irino starting his music career four years after the release in Japan as that is when he started making music

And now, back to my original question, if that is the case, who do you think should be left to do those three things?

The Disney characters

So this means something like only Donald and Goofy should perform the Atlantica numbers and Sora should just watch?

Everybody except them

Then how would Sora be able to express himself with music?

If he can't sing or dance

Playing a song he likes on a speaker?

Like given what you have said, how do you think he would be able to show how he is with music if he can't sing or dance?

Melody of Memory has missed so many chances at this

Melody was a celebration of the series’ music, not Kingdom Hearts: The Musical

Then what would work to give Sora the solo song he deserves? Nothing?

Since the closest we will ever get is by listening to anything from his Japanese voice actor and imagining Sora singing those songs

Or if someone writes a fan-made song from his perspective and performs it as if they were him (which is what I actually have done tbh)

Not even a song from Kairi about how she felt through the musical events of MoM at the end of the game?

If it means that much to you, why not make something yourself? I'm sure there's tons of fans who would enjoy it.

I've already done that

I am talking about officially

Keep dreaming

Yes but I don't really want something fan-made (I actually love all the talents from people who do that though, including myself)

Like I want something official

No offense, but you're being awfully pushy about this. Like, what do you want any of to do?

I feel like I could get pushy about a lot of things tbh even though I do not mean to be

I understand if you didn't realize it. That happens to me all the time.

But yeah, it feels like that will never happen because of how the majority of the KH fanbase feels about that

There's a lot of factors that would go into such a decision and the majority of them lie with Disney themselves

I doubt it has anything to do with how the community feels and more to do with what Square thinks is best

They’ve approached music from various angles and it hasn’t panned out.

I honestly think the only appropriate way would be to just let Disney handle the musical numbers. Leave it to the pros.

But where would the songs be if that were to happen?

In other forms of media based on KH?

Like theme park attractions, CD's, events, etc

Given Disney, you know

Well if Encanto and/or Coco make it into KH4 there’ll be plenty of music to go around. Just don’t expect Sora to start singing in a mariachi band.
