I can only think that they're trying to avoid a backlash or, most likely, damaging their stock for the shareholders

But their stockholders know

They have to be transparent at least to their Stärkeholders

Yeah no i think at this point we are more than allowed to he frustrated and voice it

We've been nice, ok, We've been patient, We've tried being nice and giving benefit of the doubt you know, because we live in an era where "guys developers and artists work so hard we need to therefore treat them like innocent cinnabuns"

But like dog, we gotta call out bs when it's present.

The fiscal year is ending so they are going to start communicating on what's up with the next one

that doesn't mean kh for sure but they have to announce things

i'm sure it's all just because of the restructuring and change of direction, but Nomura is like Yoshida, they trust him

Noleen thats a fine sentiment if it were 2023 but it's been 3 years

This is unacceptable

I would have been happy even with a new image from kh4.

yeah last year was very barren

Like can I put it in perspective?

Let's look at KH fans going by just this server alone

We got jobs.* ok? We got lives- we go to college, some of us universities, some of us got careers, some of us have KIDS, or are *in game development

What I'm saying is 1. We know damn well this ain't acceptable and 2. We know this is bad business 😭

Oh and C. It isn't fair to the fans

i agree for ML

kh4 less, he was pretty clear about it

ML is really terrible

At least when KH3 was delayed they gave us a release date when they announced it was delayed

ML they was just like

"It's delayed we sowwee ok bye"

Like dog what

Missing Link is missing.

Sorry for the bad joke.

I'm firetruckin' cryin'.

but communication/management aside for ML, i still think it's bad timing from the company's new direction

But that's my thing, often these things don't just happen, they had to know ahead of time, and should have been able to plan accordingly

Thats like 101 shit

They don't seem to be particularly interested in mobile gaming at the moment, which doesn't bode well for ML

They canceled everything except 1 of their mobile games I think

I don't remember which FF mobile is still around but it's like only 1 left from forever ago

ever crisis still going, wotv global closing but jp keeps going

ffxiv alone is more than 3 times their revenue compared to ALL their mobile games

I was hoping with the mobile games folding it'd funnel some manpower and money into other areas of the company for game development but it feels like nothings changed 😭

They really might be funneling everything in FF7

Dragon Quest 12 is MIA too

i don't see kh4 releasing before part 3 yeah, so makes sense we don't hear about it

at the same time ML is a pretty small project so shouldn't be impacted by another game development

"Makes sense", none of this makes sens to me

small project that is still not released

😭

they are 100% cancelled the mobile stuff

there has to be something gone terribly wrong
