Or, better designed than BBS/DDD command deck

There's not so much difference between 20 and 29 than 10 and 19, kinda crazy

The boss phases as well since there were patterns they would shift to that made them difficult to cheese but easy enough to pick up on.

Personally I think the key to the panel system is to max it out as much as you can so that you can tank and deal a lotta damage
