First of all this is blatantly just not true, it was always marketed as a conclusion. Why make a distinction between "final game" and "conclusion" when there isn't much of one in this case?

People who thought it was the final game in the series and that there would be no Kingdom Hearts game ever after it should have honestly known better. Even without reading interviews, even without following UX and the info around it, I believe that it is simply common sense to think that KH3 would NOT be the final game in the series.

However, people like to say that, because it was not in fact the final game, it didn't need to be a conclusion, or feel like one, which is naturally not a good perspective to have.

Did I overstep my boundaries by saying those people are "dum dums"? Maybe I did.
