i think anything after that is roxas being impulsive and not knowing how to cope or deal with whats going on

See i dont consider Xion gouding roxas into fighting her "tricking" him

because in her mind theres 2 ways this ends

I don't think anyone's denying Roxas is being impulsive towards the end. It's mad with rage and it's a spectacle to behold

1 she absorbs roxas and goes to namine

so he rushes head first into a situation that will kill him, in which this is why when roxas throws his keyblade to riku, she tells him to stop him because its not the right time for it

or 2 she dies and goes back to sora

see she wasnt lying to roxas about needing him to be a part of her

You know it's kind of interesting

If you see Xion's act of self-destruction for the sake of her friends, you can actually kind of compare that to

Kairi at the end of remind, which shows how the two can be similar, on account of Xion being made from her memories

 

she never duped him

Shame she didn't consider the third option which is wait for KH3 to undo it all
