It's a weird thing that KH1 hides keyblades in chests

it's that old RPG feel of finding weapons in the world instead of them being handed to you for doing something

RPGs as a whole have that problem of a subset of items not being remotely satisfying to find

I never bothered with the Gummi stuff

Heck, KH3 does it with the classic kingdom minigames

At least the Classic minigames are kind of entertaining
