Can we agree the Quantum Realm is basically the Realm of Darkness? ?

Quantum realm is the realm of sleep

its basically just bullshit

because realm of darkness you can only travel forward in time in it

in realm of sleep you could be at any point in time and bascially pop out at any other time

within the realm

also part of this situation is that he ignores tonys parents deaths, hydra infiltrating shield, and Bucky being a assassin for 30 years

its really messed up if you think about the previous captain America movies

true, I mean, always being a super hero was probably pretty tough on him. I look it up and an alternative timeline most likely happen, so who knows what happened there. they may explain it or may nor.
