Mythical animals have been around forever, and I'm sure that some of us have come to learn about them, perhaps even come to enjoy a few more than others, perhaps? They've been a major part of many cultures, and have even been integrated into Kingdom Hearts Heartlesses as well. What is your absolute favorite mythical animal? Dragons all the way

Werewolves of course! Werewolves are the best mythical creatures in any mythology! 

Chimeras, with the Greek Chimera being the stand out. The concept of several monsters fused together intrigues me.

Ever since Spirited Away, I loved dragons like Haku. They're so cool to draw and I used to have a character turn into one... until it messed with my mental health (it was a very dark story). Phoenixes and Griffons are tied for second though ^-^

Tough choices all around, being a fan of dragons, chimeras, gryphons, the immortal phoenix, and unicorns, but I will stick to the humble chimera!  It played a part in one of my earliest written stories (I'm an aspiring author), and it still holds a special part of me to this day.
