well, I am into the sci-fi part of it

It's easy to see why you'd feel that way

But I like the traditional too

I mean, metal gear solid did some experimentation

There is a lot more high fantasy games than scifi ones in the series

So i dont mind if FF goes to a more modern take

I think FFX was a perfect example of putting modern themes into a fantasy setting ya know?

The environments were very old and ancient

But then it also had technology you’d see in a modern setting

Or in a futuristic setting

Steam punk is great

Also FF12 is a huge allegory for colonialism, and Asia
