literally a minigame world reduced to a minigame board for a minigame

OG chain of memories had this fun little minigame where you guid pooh to the end of the forest, it last like 5 mins, but it was at the very least a change of pace

It's actually kinda heartbreaking but w/e

this also likely one of the last times were gonna see the pooh bear

which makes it worse

as much as I love kh3 that was definitely one of the biggest things I disliked about it

when i realized that this world had exactly 1 AREA i kinda teared up a little

Honestly up until that point I was enjoying it, I still have fun with the game but thinking of Pooh is enough to make me cry

it wasnt that bad for me, but I did feel kinda empty after it

Ahh, it's kinda hard to explain, I have an emotional attachment to winnie the pooh

I was like "what is this?" "how could you just cut down 100 acre wood to 1 acre"

For literally as long as I can remember I've been a fan of pooh

nah I understand 100 acre wood is one of my favorite worlds in kingdom hearts

to see it be trashed like that in my favorite game in the series hurts

but I got over it

im still salty about twilight town ngl

the sheer lack of original worlds in kh3 to explore was insulting to say the least

Interestingly enough it actually didn't really bother me at all. Obviously I can see where people were coming from, but I didn't even think of it as an issue until after I finished kh3 and realized people were mad about it

i dunno what it was, but them showing the clocktower in cutscenes and just preventing us from going there made me really really mad

scala not being explorable didn't bother me either

I think it's cause a lot of the reason why I fell in love with kingdom hearts in the first place was mostly cause of disney

going to a world that was fully explorable in a previous game, and not being given a good reason to not be able to explore the rest of it makes me mad. thats like a problem i have

I was a 50/50 but most of the nostalgia came from disney

its not like the street that prompts you to leave the world is blocked, its open, but its just an invisible wall

like when I first played kh2 what I remember vividly isn't it's story it's walking out of the house in twilight town and seeing donald and goofy

and mickey reviving me

it was until I actually got older and replayed and understood the games that I started getting more attached to the characters

obviously I was attached to them even as a kid but I didn't understand much of anything
