in a way yes since the cutscenes after has the car scene

so.....if thats the case.....WHY WOULD XEHANORT HAVE THE EXACT SAME STRATEGY AS A CHESS GAME HE HAD 75 YEARS AGO

it didnt seem like he would have known since he wasnt a keyblade master yet

which he still shouldnt have been able to win with

When you're close to doing a checkmate but suddenly your opponent asspulls 8 other pieces

even in a real chess game

like summoning 8 pawns into a game where the enemy pieces have the king cornered, doesnt do anything to prevent a checkmate

Unless they spawn right on the crossing line between attacking piece and king
