the combat of 7r isn't that great tbh

the present and past so you get to see who he was to Cloud while you progress the story too

 

DODGE ROLL whats the use if im just forced to guard everything

dodge roll has actually its use

there are already no damage bosskills

I love the combat in this, but it still needs some finetuning

there are some moments where it does its job

The camera being the biggest one

? I felt this in the demo tbh, but it's honestly not a big issue for me bc it's not really an pure action game

Going into settings and making the camera further away from the character helped a bit

But there are still some issues

When you want to cancel out but dude still hits you when you DODGED

they have the chance to fix it

yeah tanking in xc2 was garbage

even though they fixed it in Torna

but still...

they need to make it aggro bosses as well its stupid that i have to let one of my characters get firetrucked just to have 5 seconds to attack

and if its a fast attack welp cant do heals cause mf just gonna target aerith

just make it where you set someone as the tank and they get "ultimatum" its a skill that vokes all targets around and have provoke for bosses

KH3 ReMind has better combat than 7R
