not even sure we want that, would ruin the experience to start all beefed up

and that's what im also wondering
cause back then when you had multiple disc games, you could transfer your saves over and the enemies would be balanced based on a minimum level/stat per disc

so if you dont transfer, you would start at that minimum/default if that game allowed you to do so

so part 2 will probably start you at level 50 but with what equipment, materia, etc?

i don't think we start part 2 lvl 50 makes no sense unless we can level up to 300 in the end

Might just make it so it's like 50 = 1 in part 2

So the stats are the same as 50 but you start at 1

a bit weird, but doable

Or level cap increased by 30
