Barret has a good back story and it does make sense

FF7s plot isn't bad at all liftea, you're just mean

I guess it took some time to get to the meat of it, but I still think it's worth it. Aerith gets some more character to her cause of her powers along with seeing more of how death works. So far in the game you know that when people die they get sent to the lifestream but here they show that people can be stuck in the world and suffer thanks to it.

it's so weird to me, with FF in general

because they have these enemies, like the one that caused the train graveyard

and they're just sort of a part of life

she was the original "i see dead people" person before a certain someone was ?

Anyways, specifically I think that there's nothing wrong with the train graveyard chapter if I look at it on its own and its actually enjoyable, like you just said. I just think it kills a lot of tension the plot currently had going on, and it should have been done earlier in the game

I also feel like too much time was spent in sector 5 slums, I like a lot of the character moments, but that can be trimmed down a lot

1 or 2 side quests would have been fine enough I think

I feel like the side quests should have been more spread out

I guess their thought process was, if you got 6 sidequests with Tifa, then also give 6 sidequests to Aerith

but it's just like 3 chapters that all of them are in

i like the train graveyard part it gave more backstory to why its suddenly a place you dont want to visit

Chapter 3, 5, 9 and 14

Also, I think it's chapter 3 or 4 that has tifa dragging cloud along for odd jobs? I think they could have cut down a lot on that too. Keep the character moments of course but I don't think it's necessary to have so much fetch or go kill quests

oh right cause I missed those last 2

only reason for side quests was to increase the amount of playtime so people won't complain about the length of the game

i never want to see the og sector slums again
