They won't need many of them, just a few. Plus, they can dub from home

with even japanese people being there

It’s almost required when you’re a VA to have a home studio. Or some sort of way to get a quality recording from home.

Voice actors sadly don't get royalties

Plus some of them are also actors, so they have extra income

apparently most VA dont even get to see the scenes they voice
