As someone who plays the Project Diva games, I can guarantee a lot of the control scheme will be D-Pad + whatever buttons are on the console you play it on for combo notes like that

It kinda has to be a certain way in order for it to work

Think of the high level songs
What would be a system thatd be easy to pick up but hard to master for those tight songs

Oh you can barely play Project Diva Extreme difficulty with one or the other. You have to combine the use of both sides to make it through

since that definitely is telling you press triangle

Or they'd force ya to hit triangle which wouldn't be the biggest issue

it would be in harder songs

Imagine playing 1 button mode unless you have a disability keeping you from playing the songs normally
