Im losing to bullshit, its like the game slows down and dont register the hit. Dont know if Im going to fast, which is likely what it is.

could be, i wouldn't take it to heart soo much

your eyes and hands need to learn the songs and some songs will take a long time

WoD is probably up there in the songs that will take players a long time to beat

something I've noticed is the longer you have the demo running, there will be small slowdowns in the game

idk it could just be my end, but I'm running on a ps4 pro as well so idk

and my inputs might drop but its rare

@Xrisato I swear I’ve noticed stuff like this as well in other KH games, like if I was fighting one data boss for a few hours I feel like something so outta left field would screw me over, like a slight bit of input lag or something when I would desperately need to survive just a few more seconds in order to heal

that's KH and it's stupid buffer zone

with how it takes in inputs and forces them to happen before the next one happens unless one of a higher priority comes in

KH3 is kinda the worst at it because of how some animations HAVE to finish before the next one takes place

but MoM i think needs some more optimization if it plans on displaying that much information with moving models on screen

keep in mind too, bluetooth controllers have a tiny bit of latency

under the assumption that you could skip animations regardless of input
you could press any button and it would go regardless of how long the animation is

you and the enemy would also probably constantly attack at the same time haha

that already happens sorta, but more so

so think the item cancel glitch but 100% of the time and a faster

i remember a video a few years ago explaining how KH2FM inputs work, and KH3 more or less follows suit

*pre remind how animations had a huge lock

So with MoM, they for some reason have to handle those inputs in the last section of WoD while also displaying the models and animations

which needs some solid optimization

I just find it weird how often times it tends to feel as if the window for when you can cancel out of specific animations varies on the situation, like 90% of the time it feels consistent but there’s these rare occasions where I’m just like “uhhh okay didn’t expect you to just not take my input, thanks game ?

So i'll use Muse Dash here as an example
the player has animations and the sprites do too, but they aren't that pronounced that it would cause lag to the game
