It depends to which extend we can call something medieval. Like a lot of older FF games technically have castles but the kingdoms have also airships

I've seen nothing here that couIdn't be done on PS4

the game was probably supposed at some point to be a ps4 game but they decided against it. It's no longer an issue because the ps5 shortage is over
