also high school is not a real requirement here. you can start apprenticeship after 10th grade and get a degree that allows you to go to university but you can only study something that is related to the things you did during apprenticeship

Plus, many of them require an associates degree

apprenticeship is basically you join a company for 3 years and they train you for a specific job. you also get paid and work fulltime for them. It's an easy way if you don't want to bother with the nightmare that is finding a job after you are done with college

and most companies here prefer actual working experience over whatever you did in university because grades don't really matter to them
