No. The PC versions introduced it, and the PS4 ports adopted it.

Ps3 and vita didn't have it

Tbh, the lack of turbo on ps3 wasn't that bad.

You could skip battle animations with Start.

The only real shitty part of no turbo was Nord.

And cold steel 3 maps are relatively comparable to Nord's size

So good they added turbo
