It's just semantics at this point. PSVR has games uniquely tied to it.

And having it now work on PC with Steam games is a huge thing

Kind of makes the thing worth it now

it was useless cause VR train is kinda gone at this point

and it sold really low from what was expected

so this should help it sell hopefully

Gets more people to play Half Life: Alyx which is a win in my book
