So next expansion is building up to more shards exploration

[spoiler]I find the twist on Halmarut and Calyx really interesting. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]Calyx plan makes so much more sense when you know that he knows that the shards are dying. He basically wanted to sacrifice the existing shards and their aether to find a way that mankind can survive in the form of endless[/spoiler]

[spoiler]he and Halmarut are actually not that different than the Warriors of Darkness[/spoiler]

[spoiler]There's also a teaser at the end of Pandaemonium where Elidibus mentions that something feels off about the planet[/spoiler]

Well I guess I am caught up now and then its one more update before the next expansion if I got that right?

Indeed but it's going to be once again months away and at this point I don't even know if the expansion is going to launch next year

.5 is likely in april or may, expansion in december

in 2 weeks they add a new crafter zone and savage raids

.5 adds beastmaster, blue mage update, a new combat zone, new alliance raid etc.

Its kinda bizarre how few the updates are and you don't get much from them

Like you get a few hours of story and a dungeon or two, that's about it

they spread their patches like gacha games

Yeah it's the only thing that kind of sucks and then people will throw a defense out about it like well miyamoto said once a good game is a bad game if you delay it so that's why you should take breaks - yoshi p Or something

Like I get it you know you don't have to always play 14 and there's other stuff out there but I want to play more 14 there just isn't content to do

I mean I've been playing DT without a break and still haven't completed half of the content

I am missing the entire crafter stuff

Me and my friend have picked up guild wars for another game to play in the meantime

They're much more experience with guild wars 2 but with the whole rebranding GW one then controller support added it's a good time to jump in I think

I still can't believe we got a GW1 remaster before FFXI remaster

Playing gw1 makes me sad because I really wish I could enjoy 11 like this. I have had a ton of fun with 11 don't get me wrong and I'm excited to go back eventually but it's such a much more demanding game can't just play it let's have a guide open 24/7 and just trying to figure out the most minute of things is a migraine.
