I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Doesn't have to be a sequel just more tactics
I think they will remake the others first
this is a lot of free money
and a lot of them are stuck on the gba
I will literally collapse with joy when they rerelease tactics advance
One of my favorite ff stories
It'd be so weird to finally have the game get voice acting too
naw man I want that game to stay fixed camera reguIar sizes I can’t see any advantages to a game with 9’s proportions going for a diorama styIe, at Ieast not for a remake
It works here :plasshrug:
Her arguments are a bit stupid, its just emotions and random unrelated things, weird video
And i hope they expand ivalice more, not just remaster old game even if ffta is one of my fav
Whats wrong with emotions lol?
U secretly one of them government robots?
I think emotions cloud judgement more often than not and alone shouldnt justify decision
nothing wrong with that. I personally prefer rational decisions over emotional ones because it gives scenes more impact
characters being forced to do rational decisions actually amplifies their emotions
one of that is for example
Aerith knowing that she's gonna die but instead of trying to save herself she makes this big sacrifice because it has to happen. There's this one quote in Rebirth I found very powerful where she says something like "This is not about me Cloud, this is about the world and everyone else"
rebirth spoiler
it's why I find THAT scene in Rebirth way more powerful than in the og
I hate everything about this because its not a tragedy, its a sacrifice. The whole point in the original is how unexpected it was, changing it like this changes the moment but it doesn't change the ending. Because lets be real with how everything has gone here in the remakes everything is staying the same just with a bunch of weird stuff surrounding it. So now we have the original where the moment is actually impactful and the world gets saved to a nonsense scene where the world also gets saved.
Rather than expanding on it and how it will affect the characters they instead delayed it. Rather than it being an unexpected thing, they couldn't stop nudging at it making it lose its purpose. The character being aware of it doesn't do anything because we are going to the same destination either way.
Nobody should be surprised it's a two part text wall thoughts. That's your warning I guess
Pokemon Scarlet, and it's DLC, has finally been completed to my liking. Believe it or not, I'm going to start with the positive. Because there isn't a lot of it. The new Pokemon. I pretty much liked them ALL. Even the Paradoxes/Regional fakes. Pokemon games are never about it's characters mostly. Arven and the Professor are probably the best ones character and development wise. The DLC stories are much better than the main game. Which is honestly kind of sad. Area Zero is really the only good, and the best, area in the game. But it's one area. However... just because the story at the end of the main game is good (and it is) doesn't make up for the rest of the game being too 'same-y'. Too much of the same with nothing different. It's 80% 'same-y' and 20% good. Even if you take the DLC into account for me the percentage would only go to 60% 'same-y' and 20% good. Which is the higher percentage? It's 'A Dragon Ball Daima situation' (sorry not sorry). Are the graphics a downgrade from Sw/Sh? Yes they are. But again everyone seriously needs to realize Pokemon games aren't about the graphics. Still though this might be the WORST I've seen a Pokemon game. The framerate is just as bad as was claimed. The pop-in is somehow worse than Sonic Frontiers (YIKES) and things would go from 'the void' to existing or being incredibly stretched to normal. Pokemon were sent to the backrooms as well (in walls). Gameplay was exactly what I expected. Not sure what everyone else was expecting tbh. I didn't struggle mostly. But Hassle and his Baxcalibur needs to be nerfed and I SERIOUSLY WANT SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY ARE STILL PUTTING METAGAME COMPETITIVE BULL SHIT NONSENSE in single player (in Indigo Disk specifically). For fucks sake get that fucking shit out. Not everyone want to transition to competitive Pokemon. What a fucking concept. (1/2)
