Gen X- tapped out around GameCube era, unironically thinks Golden Eye still holds up, cynical, nostalgic longings for "similar times" with no politics, only games they play are Elden Ring and Ocarina on emulation. Millenial- years for the variety of the PS2/X-Box era, but and is either needlessly negative, or positively toxic. Typically the ones to say "I'm not like those OTHER gamers." Also typically the ones to care more about graphics and 'western devs ruining game'. Gen Z- heavily susceptible by either side, and are either entirely modern or invested in learning about the past, tend to meme everything, not take issues in the industry seriously, but also get more passionate about their positives; more reactionary.
