those're notorious for running at Iower framerates

but higher resoIutions

sure, at pc/consoles
but i was told this is native 24 fps while PAL video is 25

probably something about aerial signals working with different frequencies or smth

this wont happen if you play the episode natively from a usb, bluray, etc
