Visually it looks like they're not pushing for graphics as much as they used to be and I think that's fine but it also still looks good

gotta agree it doesn't really look next gen, i like its visuals but doesn't scream PS5 to me

Hard to believe we're getting 4K gaming. Like damn. This kind of stuff was science fiction when I was a kid.

If anything I'm happier with that because there's less effort going into graphics and more into everything else at least that's my idea of how it probably

i value performance over graphical capability most of the time

which might be the idea here who knows

Generally, I do because super high quality graphics tend not to be necessary. A good art style goes a long way.

it's not like they're I mean personally it still looks great it's not like they're not trying it doesn't have to be the most best Next Generation Graphics either at least I think

my ultimate desire is for an FF to have a super bright colorful world, maybe one day

Why do my messages always duplicate

I mean I love how dark it is but I hope that's not the game 24/7

@OrpheusJoshua I mean...you have KH for that

> was thinking something more along the lines of ff4 or the other early FFs
@OrpheusJoshua yeah but the thing is, that wasn't a conscious decision. Early FF was designed that way because of hardware limitations. The SNES could only display like 255 colors.

yeah i know, still had their charm though

i liked how bright the worlds in those looked
