I don't really know anything about House of M other than alternate reality and "No more mutants" but from what the show has said it seems like anything that was created inside the bubble is real in some capacity. So at this point I think the kids are too.

The show is definitely based off of House of M but it only ends at the idea of Wanda creating an alternate reality. From how it happened to how it works is completely different.

best joke i've heard regarding that is that instead of having her say "no more mutants" she would instead say "no, more mutants!"

Whats likely going to happen is that once the twins and vision leave Wanda will accidentally create the multiverse in rage when realizing she lost everyone she loved when hoping to keep it.

No, Groundhog day is reliving the same day over and over again. This is moving the days forward but way faster than normal time.

i'm not so sure about that. they established that monica's clothes weren't created, but rather transformed in terms of appearance. the drone they sent in became a helicopter, the guy in a hazmat suit became a guy in a beekeeper suit, etc. it's hard to say whether anything created inside is actually real at all
