have Goofy be your gunner

and Donald be your driver

you can make Sora eat hamburger to make his gun breech loading speed super fast

im talking like 5 seconds

load an anti-infantry high explosive 90mm shell into the breech

turn your powerful frontal armor and gun mantlet towards sephy

take aim, and fire

after you take your shot pull back to cover

if you feel its ineffective load armor piercing high explosive shells instead and try again

you wanna aim for sephy's head as thats where the weak spot is

remember the patton has relatively powerful frontal armor

against sephiroth

to pin him down call in an artillery strike

Sephiroth is one of the harder fights, just stick with it and evenutally youll beat em
just takes plenty of practice to get use to blocking his attacks and know when to counter back
