Tokyo is a real place, so they incorporated realism to Sora's design

KH1 says Donald’s magic is what changes them, but I thought that was changed later on.

If it was changed, it wasn't explained very clearly

He doesn’t create their specific appearances, the magic just kinda does its’ own thing
