Do y’all think ML will make the jump to having voice-acted characters? They’re going from 2D to 3D so I think it’s possible. Should at least be pre-rendered scenes with VA. Not sure why they would cast a VA for Sigurd if they only use text in ML.

Yeah same. Biggest shame of UX and DR is that we never got to hear people speak. I’m interested in seeing how good Damo’s fandub project turns out to be. Maybe he’ll do a DR one if it’s successful enough.

I know we see the trophies spinning around during a fight

i believe all we've seen is them activating the trophies which translated to a specific move, similar to medals in ux

my guess is, some form of regular action based combat with a "deck" that you set and each trophy in the deck has a cooldown timer of its own kinda like other action rpgs. just that this time the abilities are tied to gacha lol

Seems like you have your own basic attacks, with the trophies acting as your abilities

not joining it years late, way behind trying to figure out everything like khux

maybe cards will be a passive collectible to fill album kinda like MoM. i doubt they'd give us 2 different avenues for monetized gameplay

although i have def seen games that do make you pull both chars and weapons so its not impossible i guess
