someone help me how to draw manly eyes because i'm getting better when it comes to the neck, jaw, and shoulders but the eyes are KILLING ME

the only thing I could critique on is the size of the shoulders; they should be about the length of the head and neck together, although in this they look fine and DemDem is not too knowledgeable of an artist, so take that with a grain of salt. eyes I wish I could help with, but I'm terrible at them. ;A;
