it looks like it is eraqus, but aqua is behind him going into a command style. Because she is behind him, then the circle looks like it is surrounding eraqus.

Look closely at the circle encircling him (or her if you want to believe it is aqua), the far right side crosses over ven's helmet. This would not be possible if it was aqua. Also you can see how far aqua is away from eraqus, the circle deffinately could not be confused from the distance they are at. But anyway it is just eye candy.
