In chapter 9 with the sniper section

For the trophy, is it ok if enemies escape during random encounters or can absolutely no robots escape?

no escapes I think

or wait random encounters?

yeah the enemies you can encounter on the path

they're robots as well

I think only the sniper part matters

all robots during the sniper sections have to die

ohhhhhh ok so apparently the enemies that you can encounter in the overworld will alert the sniper enemies

that's kinda dumb

Am i just underleveled cuz I'm trying to get the brutal accessory but I just can't break this dudes ability bar quick enough to stop myself from dying

Bro, this dude has 400k+ health and I barely do over 1000 damage this sucks lol

I don't know if I can beat the final boss in this state, I have no phoenix downs and I'm only level 41. I think I'm gonna have to grind some levels or get some better gear or something

You can go back and forth in between before each sniping spot to get random encounters accumulate points for the weapon upgrades if you give a damn about the rewards and trophy.

Scisor Chitins are great for exp. grind to get the jackpot reels if you unlocked the right SOLDIER missions.

Honestly, I'm just kinda stuck on the mission before the mission that give you the brutal accessory

There's more than one way to get it.

I remember it appearing in a chest later on.

I have a feeling there's a whole lot that I haven't unlocked yet tbh lol

It's not the only accessory that has it also, but buster sword proficiency is another way to break the damage limit.

Yeah that's what I think I'm gonna go for so I can get past that one mission and get the actual accessory

300 missions w/ about 2/3 being filler is insane.

Only the final segment needs to be done on Hard Mode for that trophy, btw.

But you'll want to set it before going through a certain door b/c they don't give a break in between to toggle between difficulties at that point.

To put it vaguely, it's the door you need materia to open.

That mf has 2+ million health

And I have no phoenix downs left
