im adverting my eyes from spoilers in here to ask one question bout exp materia. i know im told its a late game materia ie chapter 13 but, how do i find one earlier ? im on chapter 4

You mean AP Up materia?

You get one in chapter 3, it's a hard one to miss even if you don't explore that much
