@ElectriCole our hate on the UI and a friend playing XIII prompted me to compliment XIII

See square you can be pretty and easy to follow

And you did mostly fine in Remake too

I don't even get why they changed it so dramatically

Crisis Core Reunion even changed it's UI completely from it's original game to fit Remake better

So what happened in Rebirth

The only reason I can think of is that a new team of folk was put on that design part and decided that Remake was too bland

I find this so much blander

At least Remake had a style, this is just....blegh

I honestly don't even like the full 3d models in the UI

I liked the still shots more

Rebirth's menu looks like "RPG Menu Template, #9."

Like I can somewhat get why because of the costumes

But you can just swap them with new still shots

Or at least the KH style of slow moving models

Hell when you can choose an outfit there are literally still shots there so just use those

Love how they were still using the PS2 era font 🥰

Midgar, the Flashback, Gold Saucer, Temple and Forgotten City, all that was missing was Rocket Town and Wutai

I think theres one for beating Roche, that one I didnt get, but you need like Difficulty 3 or something
