Yes Xion tricked Roxas, but theres a good reason. . . The reality is Roxas was nowhere near powerful enough to "Free Kingdom Hearts" if Roxas did manage to get to the Castle That Naver Was he would of been killed and Sora would of never woken up. That is a good enough reason for what Xion did in telling Riku to stop Roxas.
