Why Cecil and Golbez? Because they have 'ties' and they relate strongly to light and darkness.

Why Bartz? Because he's the mime warrior. He could wield a fake Keyblade!

Why Terra? Because KH needs more female party members, and not many beat Terra in a game of kick-ass!

Also, Selphie, Wakka and Tidus in their grown forms as party members because they looked and sounded horrible as kids.

The same way they put Yuna in from her X-2 costume... Yuna's costume isn't that revealing, but by Disney standards it is.

How come no one is voting for Onion Knight and Firion.

Bartz isn't a Mime Warrior. He's simply one of FF5's characters, who can choose any job, one of which happens to be mime.

Because they aren't well known or interesting characters.

And Onion Knight is a Class/Weapon/Enemy

Her shorts are tiny and literally barely cover her ass, her shirt is cut open at the front, and the Jecht symbol thing that Tidus had on a pendant and on his pants in the original is the only thing stopping her top from flashing her chest all the time.

Then again, next to Rikku's bikini and teeny tiny miniskirt and Paine's fetish fuel leather, she's practically modest.

 

And even LIGHTNING might need some costume adjustment if she was in KH. Her skirt is just as short as Rikku's- and although she's wearing shorts underneath she shows an awful lot of leg.

Well look at Tinkerbell in BBS (journal entry) If you look at the back of her, you could see her underwear. And Riku, and Yunas, and Lighning costumes arent really that bad.

Tinkerbell is a disney character. They'll let her get away with it. And l think you ment Rikku Aqua7KH. And I don't ever remember any nudity in Fantasia. And if it was a Disney character than there automatically excused.

Bartz isn't a Mime Warrior. He's simply one of FF5's characters, who can choose any job, one of which happens to be mime.

 

In Dissidia, in which the artwork is already done by Tetsuya Nomura, Bartz is basically the Mime. His only original attack is his EX burst.

In fact, his description clearly says that he's a mime, so any newcomers wouldn't know any different anyway.

Onion Knight isn't really a FF character, just someone they added into Dissidia to represent FF III, just like Warrior of Light. (Onion Knight was only a class in FF III)

I would like for Noctis from FF Versus to appear.Him or/also Vincent Valentine.

I think characters from FFVII, FFVIII, FFX, and FFXIII are more likely since Nomura is pretty attached to the characters that he has designed.

Apparently he's shown interest in using character pre VII, which is why Setzer is in KH2.

That's true, I just think he's more likely to include more characters from the Final Fantasies that he designed the characters from, before he really dips into the ones that he didn't design.

 

He hasn't included any characters from FFXIII yet so I think some characters from that game that will make an appearance first (He seems really attached to Lightning).

 

But like you said, He did include Setzer (And Vivi) so he's not totally against using them, and who knows maybe he has gotten attached to the older characters since he did the re-designs in Dissidia and Duodecim.

 

Like I said in my earlier post though, I want to see Balthier, but I don't see him getting added.

 

So I think for KH-3D we'll just see a new character or two from FFVII, FFVIII, FFX, or FFXIII, but that's just me.

Well, Lightning was included in Coded, the only game developed late enough fro him to include Lightning. Considering how obsessed he is with her, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot of her in the future. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if she was recast as the protagonist.
