What if Sora had a REALLY dark past that no one knew about? i know we see little sora in BBS but what if there is something behind BBS...

It would give him more personality and character development in Kh3 but it's still unlikely since Sora is "the hero of light" or something like that and it doesn't seem right for him to have dark personal problems about his dark past.

Actually no, if Sora had had a dark past he probably wouldn't get the Keyblade at all.

Nah, Sora's the "Hero of Light." He wouldn't do something dark in his past. That seems more likely for Riku.

How could Sora have a dark past? We see him in BBS as a cheerful young boy, and we see him again ten years later as the same cheerful boy, just 10 years older. He couldn't have had a "dark past" before BBS because he was just a freaking four year old kid in that game, and most likely he didn't have one between BBS and KH1 either.

 

But, let's assume that he did have dark past, what would this "dark past" be? We can say for certainty that Sora never had any forms of power, magics or abilities before KH1, so his "dark past" couldn't be him messing up the worlds. Then, what other possibilities would there be for him to have a dark past? Did he bully other kids on the Island? If so, then that's a pretty boring unneeded story to add to the overall plot.

For all we know, Sora's real memories could have been suppressed or replaced. While we're at it, what about Ventus's memories before he met Xehanort?

him having a dark ppast wouldn't effect his keyblade weilding abbilities, it depends on striength of heart not good or evil, if that mattered explain:

-MX's keyblade weilding

-Venitas' keyblade weilding

-oblivion keychain and other "evil" seeming ones

-and the legend that says the keyblade can unleash desruction.

i think it would give him more character depth and would make things very interesting but to be honest i cant really see him doing something "dark" in his past. its not like he is capable of murdering someone out of spite

 

(unless its a badguy...because...they're BADguys, obviously they need punishment from the hero of the story.)

I know this might not make sense but: when i said dark past i meant like another sora just think about that.

That wouldnt make sense. But it would be intresting.
