well i was playing kingdom hearts 2 and birth by sleep today because i was bored and i saw that axel bought sea salt ice cream at the end of bbs. this got me to notice that i don't think sora has ever eaten sea salt ice cream. i don't remember him eating any ever. what do u think. am i wrong

It's assumed that he did. I doubt they'll show them even eating the whole thing since they're cartoons. That's just like how in the cutscene of Sonic Unleashed where Eggman had that big sandwich and ate it after a few seconds.
