i went to a website called toysnjoys.com that sell all anime stuff. i bought a sora plushie over a month ago & its still not here >.<

 

i tried calling their number 3 times (always busy), emailing them twice (no response).. blah. then i read the reviews (which ill admit i should've done FIRST before ordering from them) to see that no one got their orders, or if they did they smelled like cigarettes or didnt come in right...

 

im so sad >.<

Take it as a lesson now. You can try calling them a few more times. If can't, just sue them or something that you can get a hold on them. Be more careful in the future.
