June 13, 201114 yr It might. Nothing has been announced yet, however there's a good chance it will since Kingdom Hearts appears at pretty much every single Tokyo Game Show.

The vita and 3ds are next generation consoles and as a likely to be side game (quite litterally a game taking place to the side of others and also three main games in a row seems unrealistic) I wouldn't think it would deserve the time and effort to be made on a next gen console.

I don't know about AnsemTheWise's reason, but mine is that with my luck, BBSV2 will come out on the Vita and I'll be left holding a PSP.
