June 18, 201114 yr In order to have a Nobody, you must first become a Heartless. And the only way to become a Heartless is to have your heart swallowed by darkness. That never happened to Riku, he was just possessed by Ansem SoD. He never became a Heartless, therefore, he does not have a Nobody.
June 18, 201114 yr Why would you think such a thing? Riku was never entirely engulfed by the darkness. He nearly was in CoM, but Mickey helped him. He learned to harness the power of darkness without being consumed by it. He has neither accepted the darkness nor rejected it, balancing in the middle. Thus, ''the way to dawn''. So yeah, his heart although containing a fragment of Ansem SoD, has never been consumed by the darkness. He has not been transformed into a heartless and so can have no corresponding nobody. If you think when he transformed into the Ansem look a like that he became a heartless, no. He was still Riku, but only looked and sounded like Ansem SoD.
June 20, 201114 yr Ansem apprentices became heartless as well. They just didn't have as much power as Ansem Seeker of Darkness. So they have a very small role. They're just random heartless. In case you say, but then how does Kairi have a Nobody? The answer- Not quite sure. It has something to do with how Sora gave up his heart to the darkness when Kairi's heart was in his body. So Namine is some sort of odd mixture of Sora and Kairi and not a true Nobody. So, Riku does not have a Nobody. He never lost his heart to the darkness and became a Nobody.

It didn't get swallowed by darkness and become a heartless, since it's a heart of pure light, that would be impossible. It was when Sora released his and her hearts in Hollow Bastion. His heart got swallowed by darkness and supplied the Heartless. His body became Roxas, with Ven's heart still inside it. Namine was also created at the same moment, using Sora's Heartless to meet the requirement. However, Namine is a special case, as she wasn't created from Kairi's body, like all other Nobodies are. She is a Nobody in the truest sence, since she wasn't created from a body, she just came into existance.

I thought the spell Aqua casted was the reason that Kairi appeared on the Destiny Islands, not why her heart entered Sora.
