PrtSc to take a picture of what's currently on your screen.

I don't even think I've heard of that Antivirus program before. I use avast Antivirus.

What have you searching on the internet? I used to get that on my old laptop(won't say why). Yeah, every time you go on Internet Explorer, it shows that virus thing instead of a website, and that pop up that would tell you to install anti-virus or remind me later. I just told my dad(he's over 100 years old) the computer got a virus and that I was downloading a movie, and then all the virus stuff popped up. He got somebody to fix it, and install virus protection. If you were using Explorer and that popped up, I hope you have FireFox, because it won't pop up on that(for me it worked fine). Try getting AVG anti-virus somehow if you can access the internet, if not tell mommy you were trying to download a movie(you don't remember the site), and you won't get in trouble. Also, delete all your history(for whatever you were doing). Good luck.

AVG is not a good Antivirus program. It is user recommended only. Use something better. Like Norton, avast etc.

I've used AVG for years and it has protected my computer. It's pretty great. I am currently using Norton and it's pretty great as well. That's until it expires.

Norton is no good. I used it for a while but could not stand it. Too annoying and not reliable enough.

Use Nortan 360. Works wonders if you're just starting a new computer. If you're just installing on top of a computer, it can't help as much. Also, what seems to be the main problem. Can you reinstall the computer or are there important documents on there?

Depends what version it is.

Can't you see Windows 7 in her low quality photos?

Yeah, I should have noticed that part.

You'll have to restart your computer in safe mode and use system restore to bring it back to a date when it was still working. It won't touch any of -your- files, they'll still be just as they are now, it'll just take back the system files to an older state, which the virus or whatnot probably modified. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, and that's only a start... best of luck! D:

I would also suggest McAfee. Does a better job than Norton in my opinion.

looks like a rogue antivirus

try Malwarebytes antimalware to remove this bad boy

and

my mom already payd 300 DOLLERS

now if your mom payed for that program i think He is paying for the rest of his life
Download TDSSKiller and see if it helps. That's the only thing I can think of. .w.'

I've been using System Mechanic.

Ssceles said it good. Do a system restore in safe mode. It'll reset the comuter but keep your documents and all that. Then get a kick-ass antivirus!

I used to get all that crap from whatever my sister was doing, but we restored it and put SM on. No problems since.
