Lol I still play this game on GBA. There's an infinite lives glitch? Cool, this way I can breeze throught the whole game :D.

Yup attempted and confirm, this glitch also works in the new super mario bros for the wii :D.

 

I pretty sure its something they have left in every mario game along with the fireworks.

    I just skipped that. I went straight to world 4 via the warp zone in 1-2.

    I always die in world 2-3, the one with the bridges and Cheep-cheeps jumping into the air. I go in with four lives, and don't leave with any (or leave at all).

     

    And an infinite life glitch, interesting.
