I know can't judge movie on trailer but this looks god awful and it turned nice dark dr.seuss tale into bad comedy with voice actor that don't fit.

Zac Efron can't do the younger voice, it sounds way too old for the animation provided and Taylor Swift isn't doing much better. Now personally, I never took to Dr. Seuss and can't stand his work, because the storylines just have too much of an outrageous plot for my own tastes but judging from the difference of that trailer and the special provided, the trailer does look worse...somehow. The animation looks really good however.
