We know how the first 6 did (sort of)...How did the other half?..Also, why is Axels cloak different from the others(his sleeves are close cropped not loose like the others )..What are your theories ?..I hope maybe DDD will answer how the rest came to be ...

i know they kinda all have different cloaks styles, particular sleeves, shoulders and length differs on each members.

 

as to how they lost their hearts, i dont know. i feel like isa and lea are tied togethor, and we know that marluxia is somehow tied to xigbar (he found him).

yessss, i agree. they are the only three (organization members) that have this if i recall, and we know that it is a sign of strong darkness. we know why xemnas and xigbar have it, but why saix? believe me, i do not think isa/saix is even close to being done in the series lol

I think that like you said they where snooping around the castle while in the computer lab place in ansems study xehanort attacked braig and went on to destroying everyone else for his kingdom hearts experiment. Maybe lea and isa got caught by him and where killed. I also think thats where isa got his scar from. I hope I don't sound crazy =|

I was a little shocked b4 Bbs came out hearing that Terra was the one that gave Xigbar those scars!(No Joker pun intended!)But i thought like, would they actually show Terra slicing his eyeball and face with the keyblade!? o_0 Then, after playing the game and seeing him blast his face rather then the former i thought:O SO THAT'S WHY!

I like this, but something tells me that although i think Isa and Lea were changed at the same time, That Lea never wanted to give up his heart..Plus, he doesnt have pointed ears like Saix or the eyes...Plus, both of them obviously wanted their hearts back although Saix seemed to accept his emotionless/ cold state and was annoyed when Axel seemed to want the opposite which i think later on led to the demise of their friendship little by little as Axel was influenced more and more by Roxas and even Soras heart...That led to Axel going rogue altogether in sake of friendship
