For a long time, in a secret laboratory in Area 51, the government has been testing mysterious creatures that have powers behind belief. Though the creatures may not even be so odd. They could be teenagers in high school! And that's what they have done ever since they've had technology. The rare kids that can gain mutational powers from DNA loss. Then their lives change forever ... they're immediately transported to Area 51 to be tested and, if possible, killed during experiments. Though teens have escaped the horrid place and spreaded all over the world in fear of being captured. In one town there are more then one hiding in absolute terror that the government might find and bring them back to Area 51. That's why they have made the M.U.T.A.N.T for support of other mutants that have escaped and crush the government from testing on them again.

Danny opened his eyes to feel the movement of the water around him and saw clearly the small sea creatures that inhabit it. He moved his arm a little to start moving in the water. He looked at his scales surrounding outer chest and around the gills on his neck. 'Wonder how far I am from the mainland. I could search for streams and find a creek to swim in. Hopefully this time people don't bathe in it.' Danny shook as he thought of that last time he went to a lake and he saw people taking baths. Not a pretty sight when you have to live in it. He swam far down into almost far enough to see the blankness of the never ending ocean. He energized his legs and a swirl of water started to form. He shot up out of the surface and started to swim at top speed on the surface of the water. 'Mainland here I come!' Danny thought to himself.

"He went this way!" A crowd of screamed as it ran by. Then as they were out of sight what looked like a normal trash can changed into a stack of metal beads that he slipped into his pocket. Chase appeared from the spot where the trashcan was and then ran off. He looked around the city and looked around.

 

"New city, new life. With the trail I made, those people will be running into another city." Chase said to himself as he walked around the city and looked at all the citizens who were going on with their own lives. He felt weird because he hasn't been free since he was 5 and he realized how he took it all for granted

Misaki woke up. She was sleeping in a small area between two builings. There was small rodents running around and she got up. Her legs were feeling numb. Misaki walked onto the sidewalk and started walking around. It's been a while since she was finally be away from those creeps, she thought, and it's been a long time since i've flied. She felt her wings that were folded tight on her back, out of sight, and they were aching. Misaki sighed and looked around

Ada sat on a bench swining her legs back and froth looking at her hands in her lap. She couldn't block out everyones thoughts today, usually she could but now she just let them flow through her mind paying no attention to the meaning. Her hand went to her coat pocket and she pulled out what little money she had left. " I need work..." She sighed looking around the area. There were mostly people walking to work or little kids playing in the street. Ada sighed and shoved her money back into her pocket. " This is going to be long day." She predicted looking back down at her lap.

Misaki stared at biuldings around her as she walked. Woah, she thought trying to recall the last time she ever saw a city. Her stomach growled and she stopped walking. "Oh great." She mummbled and reached into her pockets. No money. She walked into a nearby fastfood restaurant and looked around. Where can i find some money, she thought and went to go sit down at a table in the corner. She looked down and saw something green. Misaki picked it up and saw that it was a twenty dollar bil. Did i just get lucky, she thought and got up to go order

Wesley waited for a crowd of high school students to pass by before he exited a book store. He had gone in there looking for a good novel to buy, but nothing looked good to him right now. He felt restless and on edge. He needed to calm down or he'd be an emotional wreck. A long walk should do, he hoped. He picked a direction and started walking. He stuck an ear bud in his ear and turned on a slow, happy song on his iPod.

Misaki finished eating and she leaned back in her chair. I've never felt so full before she thought and sighed. Her eyes drifted around the room and then her senses came back to her. She saw someone, someone she wished to never encounter again. It was a guy from lab, sitting across the room from her with two of his buddies. Misaki tried to stay calm, got up and quickly walked to the exit. The guy and his friends was already getting up and starting to follow her. Misaki quicked her pace and ran out of the place and into a park across the street. One of the men caught up to her and grabbed her wrist. "Let go of me!" She yelled and side kicked him hard the the face. He fell to the ground and the other two tried to get her. Without thinking, Misaki elbowed one hard in the stomach and punched the other kn the ribs. Both fell and Misaki took off running. After what felt like forever, she stopped and sat down between two buildings. Did i just do that?, she thought and stared at her hands

Iamkingdomhearts1000 just wanted to point out you won't need a weapon since your mutant power will act as a weapon. Though, if you don't use the weapon, you're accepted.

Danny kept on swimming in the ocean until he heard waves start to crash against rocks and people screaming. 'Oh dear lord in heaven if they see me I'm going to be sent to prison again! And they'll scream an run, not exactly a place where I can pass myself off as a kid with skin problems ...' Danny thought the worst situation in his head. It kept playing over and over in his head before he reached the first rock. 'Is there a stream or something near by I can slip into? Or am I just going to get caught by people screaming and running away. This isn't going to end well.' He thought, in total panic mode right now. He dove down and started to swim fast away from everyone to behind rocks to see a small pool of water there. 'Score!' He thought. He jumped in and the water reached his gills. Danny looked around and saw it was connect to another stream leading toward land. Maybe a lake of some sort. 'Won't know until I search.' Danny thought as he started to swim at top speed away.

Wesley saw Misaki running. He at first dismissed it, then saw people who had been chasing her. He recognized them. Guys from the lab. Wesley's blood began to boil. He wanted nothing more then to rip them to pieces, but he knew that would only make things worse. And there were others in this, not just him.

He saw one of the guys staggering up, reaching for a radio or phone. Wesley flicked his eyes to a gravel patch near the guy. Using his powers, Wesley flung a large piece of gravel at the guy's head. Wesley smiled as he heard an audible "thunk" of rock on skull. The guy crumpled up and fell down, unconscious.

Wesley then took off after the girl who had been running.

Danny was now casually flowing through the streams, flowing awfully slow from his lack of energy. 'This is getting me no where. Why is the creek so slow? And where does it lead to? Does it even lead to a lake or does it just lead me to no where in front of a lot of people?' Danny thought to himself, not very confident about any outcomes. Danny has been afraid of actual humans ever since the lab experiment. They kept him out of water for a long time to see if he really could only breathe water. Their hypothesis proved right every time, but they wanted to piss him off so they just kept doing it and doing it. To see if they'd get better results and seeing they never will but they didn't care. They didn't care one bit. Danny dove into the stream and seeing it wasn't only a couple feet deep, he could stand in it if he wanted to. Though his gills are on his neck so that would be a horrible conundrum from the start. He heard rushing water and shifted to his back exposed to the water and saw a lake, pure lake. No humans in sight. 'Finally!' Danny shouted in his head and swam into the lake and started to see the beautiful afternoon he was in. 'Ahh so nice...' He thought until he heard "Who's that over there?" Danny noticed it was a deep, raspy voice that could only be one person, or people. His pupils grew large to see boats come at him at top speeds. All black, and all had secret agents on them. 'Shit they found me!' He shouted in his head and dove deep in the lake. Unfortunately so did the agents. And they could hold their breaths a long time because they dove deep in to get him. 'Not today suckers!' Danny said in his head as his arms, hands, and toes became webbed and his forearms had scales and something at the ends of them. Same for his toes, they also became webbed and he dashed off into the water. The agents couldn't take it and swam up for air. Danny gave his signature "Never see ya later!" wave and kept swimming. 'I'm safe ... for now.' Danny thought as he kept sprinting in the water.

Chase walked around the town and felt free it felt so good to be away from those terrible testings. He then found this girl sitting on a bench swinging her legs and sitting by herself watching others enjoy there lives. Chase looked at her and sat down next to her. He know she was like him because she stood out by being alone while the other people had someone around them. "So you escaped to" He said not looking directly at her. He sat there waiting for a reply as he watched the civilians who had no idea what he was.

Ada nodded and glanced over at the guy. " Ya... I did." She said quietly watching a girl running from some men. Those men are..., She shuddered from the memory. She looked into there minds and caused them to thnk they were stuck in a deep hole. They stopped running and started jumping grabbing at nothing. Ada laughed a little to herself. Then she realized she had done the same thing to escape, but her illusions only lasted a couple minutes when she wasn't completely concentrating on it. " Do you recognize those guys?" She finally asked gesturing towards the idiotic jumpers. People were starting to gather around them, now it was like they really were stuck.

Chase nodded "Unfortunately... I hated having to escape from them" Chase said as he pulled out a bead and it shaped into a little man running on the air just floating and running in place. He pulled out more beads and they turned into darker shaded men with guns shooting at the other man. The little man was seen catching the bullets but one bullet went past him and another person appeared but got hit by the bullet and fell over. Chase then grabbed the metal men and they turned back to beads. "They don't play fair" Chase said to the girl

Danny jumped up into the lake and saw civilization nearby. Like... a town? Danny started to swim as far as he could before he noticed a dock was nearby. 'Great how am I suppose to go now?' He looked around and saw glass, duct tape, and a coat. 'How odd are the chances of these being here?' Danny thought to himself as he held his breath and jumped out of the water, grabbed the supplies, left the duct tape and coat on the dock and jumped in with the glass. He breathed in the water and smiled. The glass was in a shape of bowl and it was in two, large enough to fit over both his gills. He jumped on the docks, the glass on his gills, and put the duct tape around the glass to keep them in place. Danny put the duct tape on hard enough the glass wouldn't move and the water wouldn't move. He breathed in deeply and the glass said in place. He put on the coat, luckily the coat didn't have to go over his head. The coat was actually large enough to fit over his body, since he's 5'7'' he thought it wouldn't fit him. Luckily his pants only looked wet and looks like he went swimming. He started to walk and almost fell. 'Damn I forgot I haven't walked in almost a year. I can't really walk yet.' Danny thought and said something in actual English. "And I guess I'll have to start speaking again." His voice was raspy, a little deep though he didn't he'd feel so great from not talking for almost a year. Luckily his feet weren't so weird looking and nothing looked odd except his hair. He walked, well more like tripped, toward a mirror and saw his green hair. "Great this is going to be tough to talk out." Danny said softly. Then he was a guy with blue hair walking with a girl with coal black hair and pale skin. "On second thought..." He started and started to trip away.
