That's because Re:Com's cutscenes were pre-rendered at a small resolution. I also hope you actually clicked "HD 720p".

If they do remaster the original games (and they damn well better) they're probably just going to apply FF13's graphics engine and do a little tweaking

to tell u the truth i could care less about the hd but id like better graphics between bbs and this they look like there 100 years apart as far as graphics

Re:Com and BBS have the same graphics.

Re:Com and BBS have the same graphics.

That depends. They both have the same prerendered resources, but in BBS, ingame models were downsized for the platform.

Make the archive ReCoM scenes HD! Or are they? It's hard to keep track of all of this these days.

And Xemnas' sig is giving me epilepsy while I'm trying to type this...

The Re:Com cutscenes are stored on the disc in a small resolution. Rendering them in HD will only increase the file size and dimensions. The quality will stay the same.

yea i clicked 720 it just doesnt look amazing mostly because they arent made to be hd

Or you can just watch our KH2FM cutscenes in true HD with the full picture and no subtitles.

actually i think that with pcsx2 you can enchance the graphics and surpass the ones a regular ps2 with composite cables can offer,if you try kh games with pcsx2 you will be amazed http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png

For Re:Com you can't improve upon what you get from extracting the 99 cutscenes. But for KH and KH2 recording them in HD on PCSX2 does make it look great. It's how DChiuch recorded our cutscenes.

yeah thats correct i compared kh2fm with my ps2 with component and an hdtv and my laptop with pcsx2 and the quality with the emulator is really good and it becomes addicting playing ps2 games with the emulator
