I made a huge mistake with my,"account",with a game called Blockland!

This is a quote of the e-mail I sent to customer support just to let everyone know,or the support that there IS!

 

"Yeah,i wanted to register on the forums,but then it asked for my registeration key,so I checked any one of the three that i COULD have

 

used purchasing BL,THEN,I went to my Blockland and clicked on my Authentithication Key,seeing if it would show it,and I thought I could

 

freely change it,THEN,I didn't know it would do this,but it basically,"logged me out" and returned me to the demo version! Is there any way

 

you can see what the Aithentification code for a character named,"Matthew4170" is? I dunno my BL-ID either,so all you have is my name!

 

There are THREE possible e-mails I could have used when purchasing BL,****************************************(I added these stars and this

 

sentence,I don't wanna give any e-mails away,also the three were my mom's,mine,and my dad's)! I tried all three in the support section of recovering

 

your key,but none,worked! If all else

 

fails,is there a way you can give me a FREE key? I don't have any proof I am not lying,but if all else DOES fail,you shall just HAVE to trust

 

me! IF YOU DON'T... ill just to just buy Blockland and that time WRITE DOWN the code! But please,HELP AND RESPOND QUICKLY!"

 

 

I added the spaces between the sentences also! BASICALLY,Blockland is,VANILLA,a game where you build stuff from a brick selection

 

from pressing B,and destory the bricks with a hammer,alter them to make some crazy,"events" with your wrench,or use your printer to print something

 

onto a print-brick,BUT,that is vanila and/or single player,but almost NO ONE is vanilla,usually people will have

 

ADD-ONS,sorta like MODS that change the game a LOT! Anyways,you have ONE CODE,you get it when you purchase Blockland,and once you use

 

it,you never have to enter it in again! You can change your name in blockland FREELLY competely as long as the same name isn't taken,and is

 

COMPELETELY seperate from your code/key! But yeah I wanted to register on the forums,thought for some reason clicken

 

on the little KEY button at the bottom would have shown my authentification key,it asked me if i wanted to change it,and I thought I would

 

able to change it to pretty much anything,so I tried,repeated 2's,clicked in the OK button or whatever it was........

 

AND I WAS CHANGED BACK TO THE DEMO,which is what you get normally without buying it! And trust me,the demo is BASICALLY

 

worthless,just SINGLE PLAYER,and only 150 bricks! Online is... the only reason people play Blockland,and they have something called

 

add-ons which REALLY change the way BL is played as WITHOUT any,almost EVERY popular or semi-popular server has one,say for a

 

city RPG,or a trench wars! ANYWAYS,so yeah,I am frustrated and sent THAT e-mail to the support team! I really hope I don't have to buy

 

it,but if I do,oh well,the thing i am most disapoined about,is I won't be able to take my BL name,"Matthew4170",it will have to

 

be,"Matthew41700",NOTHING,will be different except the name,there aren't any STATS to make me different from my other,"account"!

As far as I know if you can't find which e-mail your account is linked to, then you can't recover your key. You'll just have to buy a new one. Good luck finding your key though!

I went to the screen for buying blockland then clicked on paypal just waiting for my dad to wake up which I did like 5-10 minutes ago,and it had the e-mail that he uses for his paypal to log-in already there... Generally though, most businesses (myself included) wouldn't take it seriously because it looks like it took very little effort. It shows bad planning and a lack of motivation, and often indicates it was written by a child rather than an adult. That's not trying to be mean, just being honest. Also, who wants to take all the time to try to decode an email, when they could simply ignore it and instead work with an individual that is easily understood?

I've worked at six different companies, one of which my father owns, and the other his fiancee owns, so I think I can speak for more than just myself. I know what I'm talking about.

Because no one on this site is naturally inadept at spelling and grammar. We're all older than that. It seems like if someone types with barely coherant spelling and grammar, then they haven't even bothered to try, when it takes practically no effort. If you type emails to people like that as a professional adult, being the face of the company you work for, it doesn't set a very good example. In school you'll have a more challenging time writing essays, ect. if you can't do these things correctly. As I said before, colleges wouldn't even review your application if it was even a teensy bit difficult to read.

Two people come in looking for work and both of them give you their job applications. The job application from the first guy had proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling so it was professional looking and organized. The job application from the second guy had poor grammar, punctuation, and spelling, which made it sloppy looking and disorganized.

 

Who do you think would get the job? The first guy obviously.. because it looked like he took more time and effort into his job application than the second guy. It showed that he was determined and motivated and would work extremely hard at his job.

 

Everyone sucks at grammar and spelling at the beginning and everyone makes mistakes but you should want to try to get better at it or even learn to fix those mistakes. Anyways glad you were able to find the right email for your game so you didn't have to buy it again. (:

Yeah,it depends on the job I think it just depends on how would be better at the job in question.But no I found the key I had. They never responded. When I clicked on the ,"pay with paypal" button,setting it up for my dad,it already had the e-mailhe used for paypal already in the log in screen for paypal,I tried it,and it recovered my key for me.I didn't even know that my dad has that e-mail address!
