In the valentine's day trailer, near the end, it showed a flash of characters including riku, kairi, namine, xion, terra, aqua, and a man in a cloak with glowing eyes. Is it possible that it could be the Riku Replica?

 

Think about it. If Ansem SoD AND Xemnas AND Master Xehanort AND supposedly young Xehanort can come back at the same time, Repliku might be able to return too.

 

In CoM, Repliku fades to darkness. So do all the above-stated Xehanorts. Due to the game taking place in the dream world, Repliku might make a comeback.

omg theres a billion topics for this "mysterious person" in this trailer. I think it was just a dream eater, because they can make themselves look like human beings, or puppets...

Idk why but I keep thinking it is Vanitas.

In the manga, Vanitas was a creature with red eyes before Sora healed Ven's heart.

But I do not really believe it. I just have a small feeling.

It looks like a Nightmare dream eater to me. But none of us can be sure until the game comes out.

I'd really doubt it'd be Repliriku. The World That Ever Was is probably near the end of the game, wouldn't seem like much a of a plottwist that far in-game if you ask me. Would be alot more likely if the hooded Riku we see in Monstro is Repliriku than Red eyes if he was gonna show up in the game.

I don't personally think it's related to the heartless in the secret episode. The Red eyes were just because it was hiding itself in the darkness, shadowing itself. When it revealed itself its eye colour was shown to be yellow, and the Red Eyes on the hooded character don't look the same as the Heartless's do when it's hidden in darkness. That's just me though.

i think the best guess would be Vanitas because in the Birth by Sleep books it says that Vanitas was a faceless being much like a Heartless but with red eyes. So this could be him but with a black cloak on.

In pretty dang sure it's Vanitas! Also the other Riku in fiesta trailer was Riku replica I think, or maybe data riku somehow.
